Getting new music from Hip Hop greats like Nas and Erykah Badu is always a win. Getting both legends on the track is even better.

“The Bitterland” may be the title of Badu and Nas’ newest release, but the collab is too sweet. The single is featured on the soundtrack of The Land which chronicles the lives of Cleveland teens as they transition into the real world. The group is faced with a life-changing opportunity which turns into a situation of cat and mouse involving one of Cleveland’s top drug lords.

The movie has vetted some major star power since its January 2016 release. Kanye West is also featured on the soundtrack along with fellow G.O.O.D. Music rep Pusha T.,French Montana, and Jeremih.

While we wait for Nas to finish his album amid his 5 year album release hiatus, check out the official track list of The Land where singer Erykah Badu displays her acting chops.
