On a cool Monday night in NYC, Grammy nominated artist, Elle Varner, hosted a dinner in NYC celebrating and acknowledging women who have used their skills and point of views to better improve the industry they thrive in. These women were personally picked by the songstress and had the opportunity to express the highlight moments and turning points in their career. In the jubilation of each other’s presence, the women continued to inspire and inform one another of the positive impact and influence of their leadership.

During this dinner, women of differ professions conducted segments and discussions. Sarah Beane Ricca, Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, highlighted trends among women investors, as well as actionable strategies for cash management, saving & investing that can help women achieve their financial goals. Crystal McCray spoke about the direction of her documentary, “Little Ballers” which spotlights the impact of youth basketball in inner cities. Erika Ramirez, Associate Editor at Billboard Magazine, graced the floor of discussion by reporting her recent work of profiling 30 female rappers in 30 days.

As the night went on, the ladies were indulged with delicious Greek dishes and went home with gift bags filled with goodies!
