“Go Out and Get Out”

 

PUMA collaborated with Boston’s own Frank The Butcher come together for the “Eat What You Kill” collection.

B.A.U. also known as (Business As Usual) is the latest model that will feature an apparel capsule featured with two special pairs of PUMA silhouettes; R698 and the a Blaze Of Glory. The collection is aiming to bering together streetwear, music and design and each shoe is contrasted within a black, white and gold colorway with “EWYK” detailing. Other small pieces include a long-sleeved jersey along with a white and gold waffle-knit beanie.

The Butcher-produced Killer Mike (of Run The Jewels) track “Eat What You Kill,” grounds the collection’s underlying ideology. Eat What You Kill stems from Frank The Butcher’s steadfast belief that everything should be earned, never taken. This hard-working ethos is applied to all of his endeavors, resulting in a cohesive body of work and message across all mediums. With its partnership with PUMA, B.A.U. delivers a full, cohesive lifestyle concept.

The EWYK OG Blaze of Glory and EWYK R698 rework classic PUMA running silhouettes with tough, smoky grey nubuck uppers. Embossed suede and leather detailing add texture to each; both shoes are trimmed in B.A.U.’s standard black, white and gold brand colors. The two runners are finished with gold lining and outsoles. Highlighting the apparel capsule, the EWYK L/S Jersey extends traditional uniform details — 3/4 sleeves and beveled numbers — in a versatile ode to the sport-inspired street aesthetic of the ‘90s. Headwear includes a black, white and gold waffle-knit fold beanie, complete with EWYK badge emblem, and a striped headband.
