As if Beyoncé needed more clarification that she’s the Queen Bey, on a random December night twitter erupted with the news of a new Beyoncé album on iTunes. Her self titled 5th album was released with no advertisement, announcements or even a slight clue but of course, killed everything. After just 6 days of digital sales, the “visual album”, as she calls it, sold one million copies. The $16 purchase yields 14 all new tracks as well as 17 music videos. Beyoncé features guest verses from the likes of Jay-Z, Drake, Frank Ocean, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie & last but not least, Blue Ivy Carter. Production credits vary from Timbaland, Pharrell, Key Wayne, Hit Boy, Justin Timberlake, Terius Nash, 40 & plenty more. If that’s not enough to convince you that Beyoncé isn’t one of the best things to happen to 2013, sit in during a party & see what happens when “Drunk In Love” comes on.

Top Tracks: “Drunk In Love”, “Mine” & “Blow”
